AS Silikaat and AS Oma Ehitaja have signed a design-build contract to expand Järve keskus in Tallinn.
A two-storey extension for Selver, closed net area of 4000 m2 and a one storey retail building, closed net area of 1400 m2 will be built.
Because of the extension the retail space of Järve Keskus will be bigger and more spacious and modern areas for processing and storing goods will be created.
According to the agreement the construction works will begin in the near future and the extension will be completely finished in summer 2008.
